    Has anyone ever had this happen?? I'm getting the email about a login to my account, but I can't login.

    I'm kind of freaking out right now as I have over 4000 points on my account. Not sure what the problem is, but the customer service is only opened Mon-Fri.

    Yes, I had that problem and it took about a month to get resolved...they gave me all the points I missed due to the issue, but did not lose any of my points. The issue, I believe, was that they had me noted as being in Montreal, which is not the case. Send them an e-mail message, keep track of any points that you missed, if you can't get a hold of them on the phone, as they work off Pacific Time.

    Thanks. So bizarre! I still can't log in today, but my daughter tried on her tablet for me, and she can get on my account just fine. I wonder if for some reason my desktop is coming up somewhere other than Ontario. I'm going to hold off on contacting them for now, because if my daughter can login for me, it's only an inconvenience, not a major issue.

    I have had that happen and use a different device (phone for instance) and will be able to get in. It thinks you are in Quebec which isn't allowed.
