Is there a phone # for customer service as I have been trying to redeem my movie ticket stubs, but when I submit them I get an error message. I have written twice with no responce. Has anyone else been able to contact them?

I had similar issues when I tried uploading my ticket stubs and had called their Customer Service at 1-866-246-8646. It was resolved very quickly, I was allowed to fax my tickets and they fixed my points balance but I was told that it was one time deal only and in the future I would have to upload my tickets the regular way. Hope this info help.

I uploaded my tickets several months ago but got no points. Contacted customer service who told me to fax them instead but I have to get around to that soon. The # above works!
