I signed up for the offer where you can buy dvd's for $1.99 each, just for signing up and picking movies you get 500 points. To sign up they ask for a credit card i put 12345678910 and obviously it said the purchase could not be processed, but i did still get the points for signing up, so now im at 758 and slowly inching my way up for a good reward

How could you sign up?
At first I chose 3 movies, then-checkout. OK, then I entered some address, and then, as you said, some numbers for the credit card. But the page showed me (naturally) invalid credit card details and I couldn't get any points.

Can you explain to me please?

It took 2-3 days to get my points, i got an email saying the order was received, then that it couldnt be processed because of the invalid credit card, then 2-3 days later i got an email to claim my points for signing up. Im not sure how it worked, i just signed up for the "500 points when you sign up" Paypal has a list of test credit card numbers, maybe one of those would work to be able to sign up?

I wouldn't advise putting in fake credit card numbers in order to get points.. they're pretty stringent with their rewards program and that seems like a good way to get your account deleted..

Sorry to bug everyone, but I've heard people mention that on your birthday Disney sends you an offer for a free movie, and you pay $2.99 (or whatever it is) for shipping?

I'm just wondering since today's my birthday, and I received from them 100 bonus points, but nothing else. It made me wonder if maybe they've stopped doing it? It would really suck if they did.

I thought the free dvd was on your anniversary, not birthday. I also did receive 100 pts on my birthday last year, which was in August. I haven't been registered for a year yet, so I'm no great help in confirming anything
