Ribs tonight - have to think which way to make them yet, though - always tough to decide.

    It's 8:30 in the morning.

    That's a very good question?

I have to pull something out of the freezer.

Creole sausages: with sausages (mild or your choice of hotness), peppers (I use red but sometimes yellow), onions, can of stewed, diced tomates, cubed potatoes, corn (from a can) and voila! - my own recipe.

Uh, the cook must be prepared, to think ahead if it's home cooking, like getting the meat thawed to start with. This afternoon I will have to boil the ribs, before saucing them up and baking them to their scrumptious delight - which is almost two hours - in time for supper.
Though some nights one can decide a half hour before, and throw in some frozen pizzas or make sammies and soup.

Yesterday someone invited themselves to dinner said they would bring the spaghetti sauce,,,, long story short,, I did the cooking , made salads bought desert ( house was already hot, stove made it worse) and no one even offered to help with dishes. I ended up doing all the clean up. They just showed up , waited for the food and left WTF Don't think I am cooking today something out of a CAN
