stop the iTrader Rating Notification

I've been doing a lot of virtual trains lately and I want to stop getting the iTrader Rating Notification

it's not a huge deal but it's just been too frequent these days and it can get distracting

sometimes it just tells me i have a new PM and i think someone actually wants to trade with me or is asking me something, only to find out it was just iTrader
