Shoppers Drug Mart
I believe the SCOP is likely my first time although not free but cheap!! It shows $15.00 but was scanned in as $19.99 sale although regular about $23-$24 so the girl told me I'd get it for $5 so I did!!
I also got most other stuff on sale that I'll be mainly give as Christmas gifts such as to my 'adoptive' mother, she'd be getting Marcelle kit, Titan Peeler and FA Body Wash Bonus.
And my best friend will be getting Vaseline as one of the 7 gifts for Xmas. She only needs baby stuff for Christmas but I did get her baby bottle for $5 (BPA free), Dove baby soap, Johnson's bonus pack already.
So the list:
Marcelle - $5.00
Titan Peeler - $14.00 (clearance)
FA Body Wash Bonus - $9.99

I think you can see the Scanning Code of Practice that's near the bottom of the cashier register. She told me about it!!

Great SCOP!!! You were lucky the cashier just went ahead and applied SCOP. On one occasion I got a SCOP at SDM but I had to stand up for myself and only when the cashiers (there were 2 involved) realized I was well aware of the policy did they apply SCOP as it is meant to be applied.
