So does that basically mean there's no point in bothering with GSN at all? Are there any other sites that are useless for Quebec residents so I don't waste my time? Or any that don't need a physical address to send prizes (like Amazon giftcards by email, paypal etc) so I could use my parents address in BC.

They need a physical address to send you your prize. They don't have a lot GC on the site anymore. Hope that helps!

Wow, I had the worst luck with Double Trouble today. For all 3 times, I would get 1-2 low rolls, then one joker, then immediately after, double jokers...so i can't cash out cuz it says i must roll again...then BUSTED! So strange that all 3 times happened that way!!!
