You can usually find some old lights at the Salvation Army Store or Goodwill for very little money - it might be worth it to get 50% off the LED lights - plus gets the less efficient lights off the power grid.

Do you know if that is at every CT or just certain CT. Because the flyer doesn't say this.
Also it would be a pretty sweet deal as they are having a sale on lights and the are 3.98 for 25 but with 50% off they would be 1.99!
