    I have never ever bought cow bum in a tube. Not sure why, I'm a bit picky about my meat I guess, and if I can't see it, I always wonder what they are trying to hide. Like when you purchase that nice package of Baby Back Ribs at the store and you get it home and the underneath rack is crap....I hate that
