After waiting for it to load from the link forever, I just when straight to www.lacoste-parfums.com, and clicked on the "free sample" tab, and it went straight to it, no problem. Try that if you're having problems getting the link at the top of this page to load.

at last, it worked! still took a very long time to load but I finally received the "THANK YOU. YOU HAVE REQUESTED A SAMPLE" words I've been waiting for, just as I was writing an e-mail to manually request one if still available.
