    I see it here. Loblaws is trying some 2 for 1 so is IGA but you still can't do your groceries at either one of those places. In Quebec Maxi tries to match Costco's club packs some deals are o.k.

    i tend to agree with you some items are lower but compared to alot of other grocery stores i still find them over priced on alot of stuff i hope this changes for the holiday season too

    Nope, I don't see any evidence of a 'price war', either.
    But, IF there is one, you can bet that, like all wars, the real casualties will be the innocent bystanders (average consumers). I like to think of our couponing & savings skills as kevlar body armour for the wallet.
