Just to give you all an update:

after being very disappointed about them not honoring my coups because i tried to redeem them on sale prices, i contacted the company and they called me back.

the woman was extremely nice and told me to bring them in to the same store and insist they use them. she emailed them and told them about the policy.

i tried to get my reach toothbrushes that were on sale for 99 cents. was gonna use the $1 coups as i had a few. they would not adjust the price of the coup or honor it and a few others at the time. basically i would have made out like a bandit if they did. but the cashier told me that she had talked to teh manager and he said no coups on sale prices!

so needless to say, i told her nicely "well, I dont use coups on regularly priced items" she was nice but could not accomodate.

anywho, it seems that rexall/pharmaplus DOES honour coups on sale prices. so complain, check it out, do whatever you have to.

I will update you when i go in monday to get my purchases. i am even getting a raincheck on all the stuff that was on sale too! yay!
