    No matter what I do, I can't get an answer to why cashback from Pur Minerals that I linked to from this site does not show up.

    I put in a ticket, personally e-mailed Admin, but can't get an answer.

    Anyone else having these problems?

    The list would be much shorter if you asked who was NOT having these problems. The cashback system here is an absolute mess...if it exists at all. Nobody will respond to your inquiries. Nobody will give you any updates. Nobody will even acknowledge that the system even exists any more. I left a legitimate cashback system to come to this one. Big mistake!

    Ok guys seriously. I understand your fustrations but you also need to think about WHY its taking so long. Its a new system. Know who works on SC Cashback Boo. Thats it.
    Yes I did run it for a year but I left back in June, I strove to try to do my best but it is a huge job. Throw school and the rest of a huge website in the mix and I'd not even want to get up in the morning.
    Rest assured it will get fixed, your legitimate transactions will be added. Some people are fretting over $4. Lets all take a deep breathe and wait it out, it will be fixed.

    Do you see my cashback balance? I probably have another $50 in stuff that needs to be sorted. Im not worried. Theres lots of time.

    Some people are fretting over a couple of dollars and some people may have a couple of hundred dollars tied up in this.

    The point here is, where is BOO????

    I also thought I had a problem, but turns out I don't.....if you log on to the new cash back system you'll probably see your outstainding amount...they just don't reflect on what's displayed in the forums...and honestly, don't cry over cash back, I mean wouldn't you of purchased the item anyways, even without the cash back??

    And I'm not fretting over $4.... I have well over $600 in purchases made through this system. Which, I might add, I could have made these transactions through another site !!! I have yet to see any transactions show up in my account and becoming very, very skeptical about the legitamacy of this site. ESPECIALLY, when lots of us have not gotten any response from the person who claimed he would give us one.

    600? Thats a new record, were those from May ? I'm sorry but I ran cashback until July 1 and if you had purchases in that time they most certainly would of showed on your transactions before the system got switched over. I downloaded reports right before I left cashback and everything was up to date for June. So you can blame it on Boo but like I said the reports didn't lie before I left.

    ...and it was at first wonderful..

    It was more a trust issue than a money issue with me.

    I haven't lost a great deal of money, but maybe collectively some people have.

    I had had a problem last July 2009 with Avon.ca. I submitted a ticket and got no reply. It wasn't a great amount, so I just let it go. It was never resolved and maybe it should have been a warning.

    On October 28th, I placed a secure order linked from your site to Pur Minerals.
    I didn't notice any cashback.

    On November 14th I submitted a ticket as per the site instructions on cashback not showing up after 15 days.

    I thought maybe I didn't do it correctly and submitted another one on the 19th I think, because as I am trying to check this out, many links are broken and I can't access my ticket history.

    To trust a site, I expect an answer within a reasonable period of time to answer any questions when I email an administrator or submit a "ticket".

    This was not done.

    Many people have legitimate questions on where their cashback funds are.

    Smartcanucks are paid by merchants solicited by you to direct traffic to their sites.

    When we purchase from these stores from your link, you are paid a fee. That's how you make your money. I certainly don't have a problem with that.

    You invited Canadians to sign up, with the promise that there would be a monetary compensation if they shopped with your merchants.

    What does concern me is the excuses for the monies not being put into the members accounts.

    There is a big problem here.
