You know what, you dont have to try hard to make baskets look pretty. I find faux flowers really jazz it up. And sticking little things in between the stuff, like holiday decorations from the dollarstore.

I have no money for christmas gifts this year, and my family knows it not having a job for so long, and they understand. I am going to be making gift baskets this year, I hope they don't think it's too lame.

Going to dollarama tomorrow after my dentist appointment to pick up some baskets and stuff to put them together, I am planning on making 8.

I am making a few baskets this year too! This one is for my Secret Santa at work...
I have given her five gifts so far, scattered throughout the past two weeks that included a glade blushing berry scented oil glass candle, a febreeze candle, a febreeze nightlight air freshener, a glade scented oil fan and a airwick candle. I have labelled them S.S. Gifts. Of course, most of which I got on sale or for free from BOGOs. Tomorrow is the grand finale gift reveal and she will get her final SS gift with a card that explains Santa is getting old and thought SS stood for, among other things, scented Santa, smelly Santa and stinky Santa, so hence the SS! The Santa card attached with the explanation also depicts Santa with a big red nose, so very appropriate!

Here is tomorrow's final Secret Santa or SS gift:

    Unwrapped...

    Wrapped...

I bought the gift box for $2 at dollarama, the ribbon and gift basket wrap both for $1.00 each, also there.

    Enclosed in this gift:
Scent and Spray Holder in Apple Cinnamon (free with FPC)
Febreeze Luminaire in Mango (paid $6.99 at GT after using $8.00 coupie)
Febreeze Candle in Mango (paid 6.99 at SDM after using $3.00 coupie)
Febreeze Reed Holder in Mango (paid 6.99 at SDM after using coupie)
Glade Fragrance Collection Soy Candle in Acai Berry (BOGO - so free!)
Glade Fragrance Collection Mini Soy Candle in Acai Berry (BOGO - so free!)
Glade Fragrance Collection Reed Holder in Acai Berry (BOGO - so free!)
Glade Holiday 4 pk Candles (BOGO - so free!)
Glade Scented Oil Value Pack (BOGO - so free!)
    And I think that's it

Our spending limit was $25, so I got my value for the $25

I'm doing my baskets, but for the life of me, can not get pics to post!

I have pics downloaded on laptop & tried to resize using "paint" (as I PM someone for help). But it won't let me copy/paste! Any other assistance would be appreciated!
    Thanks!

I love those Dollarama boxes, I sent some through the mail this year just wrapped in brown paper. They are really sturdy.

    Beautiful baskets eveyone!
