first brag and question
this is my first time starting a post, i am addicted to finding deals after joining :)
today i went to superstore and picked up the large box of ricekrispies on for 4 dollars, i wanted the hasbro coupon for ten dollars off
i picked up a newborn fur real pet (saw them at toysrus for 22 on the weekend, superstore regular price is 17.97) on sale for 9.00, a memory game for my nephew for 7.47, and some nerf darts on clearance for 4.50, originally almost 10.00.
i redeemed my coupon , and here is also my question, the cashier took off the full ten dollars, even though the game was under ten, so the extra 2.50 just came off the rest of my purchase, is that how it usually works? i know they wouldn't have given me cash back if i had just gotten the game.. but certainly taking it off the rest of my bill is just as good :)
so all in all i figure i got a good deal , about 35.00 worth for just over 10.00

Yup depends on the cashiers. some take off the exact price some take off the Coupon price.
anyway the OCmpany will get reimbursed the coupon amount

It depends on the cashier, some just won't even accept the coupon cuz it's too high. But you were lucky with the cashier - great deals!
