I think some stores just like to drive a customer crazy, when they should be making it a more helpful shopping experience when you are looking up their flyers online.

Home Depot - with their click the page, then scroll allllll the way down, rinse and repeat drives me batty. And right now, they have five flyers to look at. No thanks!

Rona - bless them, I LOVE their pdf download. So I can size it to my screen and leisurely click and zoom in if something that catches my eye.

There are a few stores that do that silly little corner of the page flippy graphic and I absolutely hate that. (I'm trying to remember who? Wal Mart?)

Am I the only one who has these pet peeves?

No, you're not the only one! For a few weeks we weren't getting our flyers, so I had to do all of them online!
My faves are the ones that let you search, also to magnify the specifics of an item - Giant Tiger, SDM.
Grocery stores aren't bad - Safeway's is probably the most irritating, though.

I like to see the whole flyer - PDF of the actual flyer. Recently RCSS switched to a new layout of their flyer and I don't like it.

    - Canadian Tire has that "press to flip" thing, and every time you try to get the "details" on something you have to allow pop-ups, so you get the message bar thing...drives me nuts.
    - The entire Loblaws chain of stores: First of all, hate the new layout. Secondly, same thing with the must scroll down to see entire ad, then flip pages.
    - SDM must scroll to see entire page...bugs me.

I also dislike when with some store flyers, you click on the item to see detail, but instead it just asks if you want to "add to shopping list". Grrr.

    I miss my paper flyers.

I really like the Sobey's online flyer. I like that if you click on an item, you can add it to a shopping list and you can print this list. It prints very neatly on a page, with the price, and it categorizes the items you've added to your list, into the different sections of the store (i.e. deli, bakery, etc). I find it very handy to take that to Sobey's on shopping trips.

I hate the Walmart flyer so much that I rarely bother with it. It takes forever to download and you have to flip through the entire thing page by page. I prefer stores that either give you thumbnails of all the pages or a scroll down list of each page with a general description of what's on it.
