I can add more gifts to the candy land but I'm not trying to encourage gifts because candies have other uses

Anyone know why I can't get myself an awareness ribbon? It says you can buy them for yourself, but gives me an error every time I try to do the transaction... :(

You cannot buy any gifts for yourself....

Ok maybe I said the wrong thing - there is 'give gifts' in candyland under miscellaneous items, and there is also 'give ribbons' and under the heading of 'give ribbons' it says "This item will allow you to buy awareness ribbons for either yourself or other users depending on the setup here."
So why do I keep getting an error when I try to buy one? doesnt matter who its going to, it just wont let me buy it at all :(

I dont think you can buy ribbons at the moment. I've never see anyone with any. Maybe there is a glitch or something.

As for candies, I dont think you can give them to yourself but you can give to others. I gave out 2 this morning. :)
