WM would not take my FPC for the gift set at all. Ugh, so annoying. I argued with her (one product/sku, blah blah blah)...so I walked out with my FPC coupon a couple times.
I was at Zellers early last week, and got these two items for my two FPC:
1. LARGE bottle of baby Bubble Bath & Wash (828mL) with a Head2Toe Baby Wash (266mL) attached
2. 444mL Soothing Vapour Bath
I think it is a great deal!!
OK, what does FPC stand for? When you call J & J, what do you ask for?
Where do I find this new parent fpc people have mentioned? I also have the same complaint about the baby aveeno cream and think I'm going to call too! Was going to buy a replacement product anyways so I might as well have it covered:)

Where do you get the FPC?
SDM does carry the baby gift baskets (both the lavender scent - purple basket, and the original scent - yellow basket). I picked up the Original basket at SDM during the 15x points event and had no problems using the FRPC (the basket was $26.99 + tax), didn't pay a dime for it, no tax, and they entered it with code 2001 so I ended up getting 15x the points for it as well! That was a great deal!
J&J has some of the best customer service I've ever encountered! I've always e-mailed for my monthly coupons and always get a reply back within 24-36 hours that they are being mailed out. They're always super-friendly too :)

I usually call them every month, but it would be a lot easier just to email, since i am always on the comp
I called them today to say I never got it. They said they have no record of my call!! :( I told them I gave UPCs and lot# and everything. She said she'd send a "voucher" and some coupons. We shall see if I actually get an aveeno replacement coupon in the end or not.
