Do you get the 10% discount at Zellers before the deduction of coupons or after?

Okay so if I pm something that's 13.97 it would be
13.97 - 10% = 12.57 - 10 (coupon) = 2.57 x 1.13 (tax) = 2.90
and if I have several items I could then just total it up like that and then add the end totals and I'd have my overall total. I thought it was after coupons that the 10% was taken off.

The cashier will ring everything in including the price matched items. Then she will deduct 10% SPC then subtract the coupons.
They have to manual enter the price of the price matched item so it does take a little longer.
