Yesterday was terribly windy and very cold.

Well, it's way more cold this morning - it's MINUS two - sheesh!

Yes, I had to put the furnace on - a sweater wasn't enough.

Going to 13 today, supposed to be similar tomorrow.

Bit of a shock after the very warm weather earlier in the week.

+3 this morning...I hope it warms up a little this afternoon...lots of sunshine. So, last week I planted some veggies, after much babying some are already starting to sprout

it is warm! The dogs are getting shaved short today, now just imagine the shock they will have on Sunday when the temp drops to cccc-cold again! lol

its a cool morning +6 feels like 4..suppose to go to +14 this afternoon but usually a little warmer so maybe +17, should be nice on my deck as it faces the south...I love sunny Saturdays ....checked my veggies this morning and the beet have started to pop,,I mostly planted the beets for the greens which I love but I also like beets roasted...no one can believe my veggies are growing already, everyone said I planted them too soon but I've kept them covered at night with plastic and have controlled the water, etc (I've even gotten up in the middle of the night 2 times when it was really windy and cold to make sure the plastic was still in place...hee hee)

It is a little bit on the humid side of town. We have rain in the forecast & I hope it rains, we really need a good soaking to get our plants & lawns in ship shape.

So, this afternoon I hiked for about 3 hours (btw, I found about a doz. pieces of amazing beach glass/mermaid tears for my jewellery collection, I'm still looking for a few + pieces to finish the ultimate necklace) Anyway, I love this place.. ..I posted some pics on FB page today titled "I love this Rock", here are SOME of the pics I took earlier today..lol
