    Feels like -42 in Ottawa. Brrrrrrr. My poor little dog was groomed yesterday, so lost his nice natural winter coat because the groomer just shaved him. (Against my explicit instructions.) He won't go out in this cold.

    Wish I could find a good, not-expensive dog groomer. Costs about $100 every time.....and that's about every six weeks. (Yes, I should learn to do this myself.)

    -28 when I got up this morning (feeling like -40 with the winds. The good new is, I didn't have to fight the crowds at Walmart today, because it was so cold, most people stayed home!

    Wind chill overnight was -45c. It is so freaking cold outside this morning! The car wont start, waiting for CAA. First time in all the years that weve had this car that it wont start because of cold.

    I hear ya! My car was not impressed yesterday morning, it was about that temp and windy. She groaned and moaned but thankfully started!
