Looked at the Ministry of Transportation traffic cameras. Mississauga highway 401 has a nice amount of snow.

BOO!!! I am not happy that I fell asleep very early and then woke up ( around 1 a.m. ) to see everything covered deep again! Poor doggies, we now have to shovel a path in the backyard before they can even go out there.....and probably no swim today for me.

..it's chilly here this morning -5 feels like -12, we had rain the past couple of days so no snow left on the ground and the ponds have holes now so I think snowmobiling it over for this year...

yup, it was a nasty cold wind but I put on my big girl panties at 5:30 a.m. and cleared ( swept with a broom! ) the snow off the vehicle ( top, sides, at least 1.5 feet high on top ) Then got it going to warm up, shoveled the path for the pooches out back so they can do their business, naturally Murphy just jumps and plays through the piles that I had cleared, he is crazy about snow.
By the time I got DH up to take me to swimming the vehicle was toasty warm. No parking stresses for me today.....hooray!

Well the great blizzard of Mar 2 2016 kinda never materialized in my part of Québec. We got about 5 centimeters of snow (and im being generous). Considering all the weather warnings and blizzard warnings of last night, im kinda disappointed. The way the weather girl on CTV was talking last last, it sounded like the end of the world coming here overnight and this morning.
