A bit of reprieve from the heat for one day, though it's a muggy morning at 95% humidity.
Going up to 24.

Had a nice thunderstorm overnight. They usually tend to go around us, so I am glad we got some rain.
Now it's 19, going to 28. However, humidex of 35. Boo.

Thunderstorms off and on all night, mostly far away but there was one really close which was scary and made me go under the covers.
Vader the cat is still hiding under the bed.
My son, who is out on an acreage about 45 minutes away, messaged me during the night and said it was the first time he was actually scared of a storm. The house he is staying at has huge windows all the way around so they were enjoying watching the storm - until it got too close.
It's 15 now, going to 28, humidex 31
