Its been snowing since Monday, absolutely wonderful!!! 10-15 cm for today and 15-20 cm for tomorrow -3 feels like -12

Its stormy here this morning, still under a snowfall warning, its going to continue until at least tomorrow night (snow, high winds) I love it!!!!

Man it was cold this morning, -25c. Thank goodness for heated car seats and steering wheel! It was hubby's turn for a tim's run.

Very intense bright yellow ball in the sky attacking white powdery layer covering the ground.

Woah! Snowing and blowing here this wintery morning. Not even Ti-Min wants to go out to do her business. I opened the door for her and she put her nose out and backed back inside and said Meow Meow Meooooow. which translates to "No way, no how".

WINTER STORM WARNING

Hazardous winter conditions are expected.

Total Snowfall: 25 to 35 cm.

Maximum winds: east to northeast 40 gusting to 60 km/h.

Location: the northeast coast of Newfoundland.

Time span: this evening to Wednesday evening.

Remarks: Visibility is expected to be poor, especially over exposed coastal communities, as snow combines with wind to produce blowing snow. Conditions are expected to improve Wednesday evening as snow tapers off to flurries and winds begin to ease.

We must have had freezing rain at some point after the snow last night because this morning everything on the car was frozen and the snow was crusted and trees glistened like diamonds! If your doors are frozen, you can used a blow dryer to unfreeze the doors after freezing rain. CAA wont help you. Anyway, turned out to be nice and sunny today but cold.
