^ yikes! We have 15-20 cm on the way for tomorrow(and wind!), I thought that was a lot! -3 feels like -10 this morning, sunny. It was a bust of a winter (the last 2!) not much snow, mild, cold, mild, cold, ready for Spring/Summer and warmer weather now

We had a storm yesterday, 25cm of snow but hopefully it won't stay around for long. Polar bear on the island last week, all I got to see was its tracks! (It went back out to sea)

18 inches of heavy, wet snow Tuesday (5th) overnight...still snowing all day Wednesday (6th).. power went out Wednesday morning at 8am followed by the landline and then the cell service. Power finally restored today at about 11:45am along with the landline and cell. Thank goodness for the generator although it probably cost us about $100 for the gas to fuel it. Could have been worse I suppose.
