Coupon insert schedule for the year 2010

It would be gr8 if the link to list of cpns (when posted) could be added this thread.

anyone know where i can find the smartsource coupons in the lower mainland? I live in Surrey and I cant seem to find them anywhere .. =[

It seems like it's feast or famine with these coupon inserts depending on where you live.

On both Saturday and Sunday I found the SmartSource coupon insert at the McDonalds near me in downtown Vancouver. I go earlyish just after the complementary newspapers are given out and hopefully when I arrive and grab a coffee the newspaper sections are scattered all over the restaurant and, typically, the SmartSource is laying around, too. It's great fun to try to nonchalantly move about the restaurant with my coffee and snap them up. :cheesygrin:

On Saturday, one fellow went around and gathered all the newspaper sections up and separated out the SmartSource inserts and then shoved them all down into the garbage! Of course I was over there like a shot and fished them all out!

I also checked the Vancouver Sun and the Province papers being sold in the stores (7-11, Shoppers Drugmart, IGA, Safeway, Nesters Market) and on both Saturday and Sunday the SmartSource was inside the papers in the stores downtown.

I also find several copies in my apartment building's newsprint recycling bin downstairs. Sometimes days or weeks later I will still find coupon inserts in these bins. Just tonight I found two Redplum coupon inserts from two weeks ago.

Another idea is to put the word out to friends or family that live in different areas and ask them to keep an eye out for them. Good luck! :-)

I think my building has a coupon thief...either the delivery person is keeping the newspapers and not delivering or sometimes all the papers are there and the coupon inserts are missing

my building just finally started getting the coupon inserts, so I am happy

We never get flyers. I'm annoyed... anyone know who I'd contact in the West End of Toronto about getting them?

We never get them with our delivered papers, and they are not usually in the ones that are in the newspaper boxes either
