The rebate would be on the price before coupon so $3.99 or you could use it on the refill if that is scanning higher... but yeah, totally not worth it if you don't care about $4.

I picked mine up today! Along with the free refill (with Coupon)! I was SOOOO excited when they scanned 3.99! BUT I was SOOO mad I only had ONE 3.00 off coupon !
