    Yes im back and working on it. I will admit im so far behind I want to try. When I came back my laptop died and the harddrive is fried. I lost a lot of pertinent information and basically had to start from scratch again on my new laptop. Its very stressful and Im sorry.

    AmberLab, I have sent you a message on June 4, 2010 but I have not received a reply yet. The above message is from Boo's email dated 27 October 2009. In order for me to do the calculation, what is the full rate for Chapters Indigo?

    After receiving Boo's email in October 2009, I've sent several emails to both Sally and Boo as per their instructions regarding the transactions I've made since joining SmartCanucks in April 2009.

    If I knew SmartCanucks has so much difficulties in fulfilling its commitment towards its members, I would have made my online purchases through Aeroplan or AirMiles instead!!!
