this IS a different form from the one we originally filled out right? I don't remember it saying "standard S&H apply", and it asking for a coupon code.
What makes it so "free" if u have to pay shipping?
I wonder how big this journal is....part of me doesn't mind paying S&H, but where's the email they said would be coming 1st week of feb??

very disappointing. no response to my e-mail either.
edited to add: I just sent the same e-mail to another address of theirs, asking them (nicely
) to either respond or forward this on to someone who can. shall keep ye posted.

I've filled out quite a few forms lately and can't remember the registration for this one specifically. looking at the current link, there's no space for one's mailing address so it's unlikely there was one. which is completely understandable. this is the # to VANOC's head office that a service rep from vancouver2010.com supplied me with -- 1-866-933-2010, if anyone wants to give it a shot. I've got to chip away at some work but might give it a ring later.

No word from them yet, but I am guessing that they will be sending out emails to everyone for them to pick it up ONSITE at the Games.. I think it's FREE for pick up only and if u have to get it sent to your home, the s&h applies.. But you're right, the form has changed. I was hoping to pick up my journal before the game starts, so i can actually use it for it's purpose! There's lots of Olympic craze happening here in Vancouver- it is so so AMAZING!
