What happens if I don't get a coupon I won? 15 days ago I won a fpc for diapers and I have yet to receive it or even hear from the seller. Am I out the credits???

Here's what it says about Disputes: Also I think for shipping they have 7 days to send so check out those rules too. You can site #1 below and shipping timeline. I'm assuming the auction page does NOT state the seller has shipped?

Listing Disputes

The following set of guidelines is used when Listia needs to step in to solve a dispute over a listing that has ended. In some cases, we will refund credits to the winner, and in other cases we will award the credits to the seller.

• Credits Refunded to Winner when:
  
  • Seller does not contact or respond to winner in a reasonable amount of time
  • Seller changes the original terms stated in the listing
  • Seller intentionally misrepresents the listed item
  • Seller sends an item that is different than the item listed
  • Seller does not have a tracking number for a missing package
  
  
• Credits Awarded to Seller when:
  
  • Winner does not contact or respond to seller in a reasonable amount of time
  • Winner refuses to pay stated shipping charges
  • Winner backs out or does not want the item anymore
  • Winner claims a package is missing, but the seller has a valid tracking number

So they changed the look of Listia.... well, mine was changed last night when I popped on. The first few days after changing a website are a bit confusing (for me, anyway!) :shock: I'm sure I'll get used to it sooner or later! :p

Hogama - they were changing the design and it was set to change for all of us this week. So we`ll all be bumping into virtual walls.
