Another new listing:
Free Coupon for Danone Creamy Yogurt Tub (750g)
http://www.listia.com/auction/458343...-creamy-yogurt
I have a question for everyone:
I won an auction for a Pampers code.
But come to find out it was really for one of the codes that Pampers had released free to everyone.
After giving the seller several opportunities to admit her action I felt it necessary to file the dispute.
It took Listia weeks to decide but finally they did, in my favor! It wasn't for many credits (I guess most people realized what the seller was offering), but for me it was her lack of acknowledging what I had told her, that I had claimed the code before she had even listed it.
Anyway, I knew I was risking my feedback rating with this dumb dispute as she could have left a negative feedback. But I'm older and more stubborn than most. She only left me a neutral feedback. This person has had neutral and negative feedback ratings before (of course I didn't check till it was too late).
I really feel she deserves a negative feedback, but I really hesitate to do that to anyone.
Sooo, what do all of you think? Should I leave a neutral or negative feedback rating?
I have been puzzling on this for days now and still haven't been able to decide, that's why I'm asking you folks for your opinion.
I will appreciate any and all suggestions. Thanks. :0

Good for you for taking her on and complaining. I had something like that happen and I just didn't have the energy to tackle it.
So as of now you have your points back?

Yes, it took Listia weeks to decide. No comment or message from them just the "dispute" disappeared from my page and the points were credited back to me.
You know the worst of it - if the seller had admitted her action to me when I messaged her I wouldn't have taken any action. But I sent her several massages and all I got in return was the same message I had gotten with the code, she just resent it three times.
So again the question -
What feedback should I leave:
1. None
2. Neutral
3. Negative
Does anyone have an opinion? I would really appreciate some feedback (lol) here.
Thanks.

I think the very first auction I won was for Pampers codes. I was SO excited that I won something!! Then they sent me bonus codes. I had them all from Smart Canucks, so they were useless to me anyway. I believe I told the seller this, and that they couldn't auction off bonus codes. They refunded my credits, without filing a dispute... so I was lucky there!
Now I will not bid on a Pampers/Huggies auction without the product that the codes came from listed in the description.
I would at least leave a neutral, and hope they don't try this again!

I have another iCoke auction.
http://www.listia.com/auction/4615036-10-icoke-pins
If it weren't for bad luck I'd have no luck at all on Listia!!!!
The last two FPC's I had auctioned - both winners didn't notice the "valid only in Canada" and were in the US.
I had to message both winners and ask them to file a dispute. I'm not interested in keeping someone's credits just because they didn't notice a detail in the description. Now I have to wait till the disputes are settled to bring my account up to date and then relist the coupons. Darn!!!
I still haven't given feedback on that other auction yet, but I'm thinking on leaving a negative for her. I don't like to do that but at least it's a warning to others to ask questions before they commit their credits to her.

Well here I am again - relisting those two auctions for FPC's.
http://www.listia.com/auction/463074...cottage-cheese
http://www.listia.com/auction/463083...-fusion-1-36-l
I was able to get everything straightened out with these two auctions. The credits have been returned to the winning bidders (from the US) and now my account is low again but at least it's all mine!!!
