Got mine yesterday.. There ar kind of small

I received mine today but also have not yet gathered my courage to try them.

I feel the same way. But you know, it's gotta taste better than the spoonsful of cod liver oil we used to have to have when I was growing up.
And, darn it, I KNOW I need more omega3!!!
Just noticed on the packet the serving size is supposed to be 2tsp for the lemon (which would be two packets) and 1 Tbsp. for the strawberry banana (which would be three packets). Interesting...

I got mine today - I tried the Lemon Swirl Fish oil - and it's not bad! Kind of like the filling in those lemon tarts!

There are no directions on the lil packages.. do we mix it with something?

i was wondering the same thing, so i looked on the web site and it says you can take it as is or mix it in juice. but i still haven't tried it(i'm a little nervous to!)

That is exactly what it tastes like. I also tried the banana-strawberry and liked that one best.

I was hesitant myself but just went ahead and tried it and I was surprised at how good they were.

I received this yesterday and tried it. I tried the Strawberry/Banana Flax oil one first. Took me 10 minutes to figure out if you mix it with water or anything..but it didn't say, so it took me another 20 minutes of walking by the counter repeatedly and seeing it sitting there to actually cutting off the corner and squeezing it into my mouth

It was GOOD. It said it was like a smoothie, and it was! I might even order more!
