Ooooh my friends dad did this but sort the opposite, when he was in his 20's he bought a log cabin out near Wakefield, QC, and lived off the land for 10 years - no running water, no electricity. He wrote a memoir about it, good stuff

I'd choose somewhere like Hawaii.
Beautiful beaches, warm weather and still a lot of the little luxuries that you get used to (fast food restuarants, shopping, nightlife, etc) that places in the carribean don't have.

It would be Hawaii (but not like Honolulu or somewhere very busy) for me too because of the warm climate and mostly because of the wonderful laid back island atmosphere and friendly people!

Right now I would say Las Vegas. It might change when I'm older though.

Some where up in northern Ontario, so all i have to do is wake up, make a coffee, walk out my patio door, to my boat on the lake, that is in my back yard, and go catch some wallys and perch.
Thats the life.

I really don't know why I originally said Europe because I've always loved California. It's where my heart is, so that would be my first choice.

Kissimmee Florida, so my someday grandkids will wanna visit us often and go to Disneyworld with me and DH. But if I won the 50 million $$$ jackpot tonight, I`d retire now to Hawaii. I dream of enjoying the beaches there, and happily doing nothing in the evenings except sitting on the warm sand and watching the sun sink in the pacific...... dream a little dream.......
