Who is your internet provider? How much do you pay and for what?

I was surprised when moving to the KW area how little you get for your money in terms of internet. All of Rogers' crap is capped and expensive. Don't even start me on Bell...

I am happy, though, I found Teksavvy. We pay $50 a month for unlimited bandwidth, and 5mb/s. It is super awesome. The only downside is that they use Bell lines so if Bell decides they want to sabotage Teksavvy's service, they can't do anything about it.

    I pay 50/month for Rogers so I wouldn't switch.

We are with Sentex in cambridge. Not sure what we pay but they are reliable and we've had great support from them. Been with them for over 5 years now for sure.

Teksavvy all the way. It is the best deal for us by far. Ethics beat Bell and Rogers and no games or traps.

We are with Sentex in Cambridge, as well, and have had no problems. We pay about $35.00 a month and it is high speed.

I'm with Bell Sympatico. I pay 59+tax for Unlimited Bandwidth. I've wanted to switch to Teksavvy but haven't had the time to :x

Acanac.ca is far better than all of those providers. 5mb/s DSL with unlimited bandwidth for $35, only $25/ month for the first year. They also offer 10 and 15 mb/s cable internet for $36 and $40 / month. Everything is unlimited, great tech support and customer service.

I second acanac. I've been using it for a couple of years now and havent' had a problem. The only thing is, you have to pay for your year's service upfront rather than monthly.
