Thread: Barrie coupon trade night
-
Wed, Jul 20th, 2011, 02:20 PM #1
I would like to organise a Barrie coupon trade night. We could all meet one night at Mcdonalds to Tim's. This would save the hassle of mailing coupons and looking for trades to arrive in the mail before they expire. Please let me know if anyone is interested.

That's great that there is some interest in trading coupons. Lets wait a few more days to see if we can get more people interested. Is there a night that works better for anyone? This could be great for everyone!

Interested!!! (x2 or 3 or 4 (myself, cousin and a few neighbours)
I am staying at my cousin's in Barrie until my household contents arrives from storage up north. We'll be moving into the new house in the next week... but I have coupons with me (OF COURSE!)
I created a coupon monster this spring when I taught my cousin how-to coupon... so she's amassed a great stash too. I am sure she'd be interested in a swap meet, (and two or three of her neighbours are catching on fast).
The night is pretty flexible, location... pretty flexible (cousin doesn't drive and my van is not doing well as of yesterday, so I think staying in the Cundles/Ferris Lane area if possible would be great but there is a Tim Horton's on Bayfield? does anyone like that idea or the Bayfield mall?)
Maybe after I move I will consider opening up my house to swap-meets... but it would be a while.
Thanks.CentrallyCalm has sent out 28 trains!...whoo hoo! Teaching Newbie Coupon Classes! Let me know if you'd like to come to a class, in person, face to face; with real handout reference & teaching materials... it's the only class quite like it! PM for details & areas where I will teach!

My coupons are up to date on the trading page. New coupons added every day.
Pizza, pop, bread over 250 to choose from. let me know what you would like and we can set a time to meet. Save some stamps too while were at it. You can choose befor hand or look threw my double binder full. I think I need a third. Day time is better for me.

Great, you'll love it up here. Lots of malls, Near the country, I've lived here over 20 years. Also If your in my area I will trade some items I have in my stock pile for other items. Does anyone in Barrie use Iams dog food. I want the coupon inside just not the food.
I have 5 sample bags. Free. You just need a container to put the food in.

OK everyone, Let's try and meet at 6:30pm on Wednesday the 3rd of August. We can meet at the Tim Horton's on Bayfield street (Bayfield near Cundles) this will work for CentrallyCalm. We should be able to spot each other with our coupon binders. Please let me know if anyone can make it. Thanks

We will not be meeting tonight due to lack of interest. We will have to try another night. Too bad I was looking forward to trading.
