Does anyone know what to do? This has never happened to me before.

I have left negative feedback for this train as no one has heard from her, nor received coupons.

I am friends with NV_Jenn in real life. We haven't spoke for awhile but I will see if I can find out what's going on and report back here for everyone. I hope everything is okay too.

Thanks!! This is really unlike Jenn so I hope she and her family are okay!!!

I heard from Jenn this morning and hopefully she will be back on SC very soon. It's not my place to disclose her personal business but wanted everyone to know she is okay. I'm sure she will be in contact will all the members on her train as soon as she is able to come back to SC.
