    The thing is my FIL is a very traditional guy... He immigrated from China way back in the 80s, and his thinking is stuck in the 80s.

    He always feel that a woman's place should be in the kitchen, and it took him a long time to finally understand that I am not a traditional Chinese girl, and I am much better at handling paperwork and numbers...

    So, now he has accepted that I am a paperwork and numbers DIL... So, naturally all paperwork and number work for my own household and now my in law's household falls on my shoulders...

    I freaking fill out all the government forms for them for crying out loud.

    From sponsoring relatives to applying for retiree benefits....

    I read every single word in tax packages, and legal documents, and that is why I kind of understand it...

    Cant they hire a accountant for themselves? They shouldnt make you do EVERTHING..perhaps teach them how to fill out forms? its not really that hard....i think
