How to Enter:
No purchase necessary to enter.
There are three different ways to enter the contest; by ballot, by text or by the website.
1) Ballot: To enter the contest via ballot, simply pick up a ballot (available at participating stores) where you will find the Website URL telltimhortons.com and the store number information.
Complete the survey questions.
You will be asked to supply your name, complete address, telephone number (including area code) and e-mail address in accordance with the website directions and you will be entered automatically.

2) Text: To enter the contest via text message simply send a text to TIM<Store number> to 77777 (e.g. TIM250).
You will receive a reply to ask you if you would like to participate in an online survey and will be asked to send a text back with your e-mail address.
You will receive an e-mail with the Website URL. telltimhortons.com.
Complete the survey questions.
You will be asked to supply your name, complete address, telephone number (including area code) and e-mail address in accordance with the website directions and you will be entered automatically. Note that a cost of approximately $0.25 cents per text message may apply, which cost may vary by region, service provider, etc.

3) Website: To enter contest via the website type the website URL telltimhortons.com.
Type in the store number to enter (store number may be found on in-store signage and on Ballots at participating stores).
Complete the survey questions.
You will be asked to supply your name, complete address, telephone number (including area code) and e-mail address in accordance with the website directions and you will be entered automatically.


Eligibility: The contest is limited to all residents of Canada or the U.S.A (excluding Vermont, Hawaii, Florida, Alaska and Puerto Rico). Void in Vermont, Hawaii, Florida, Alaska and Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law. To be eligible to win a prize claimant must be of age of majority within their place of residence.


Contest Periods: Starting April 19, 2010 and ending on July 17, 2010, there will be a total of 3 contest periods. Each contest period will consist of one month (30/31 days) and each contest period will commence at 12:00 a.m. (EST/EDT) on the first day of the contest period and close on the last day of the contest period at 11:59.59 p.m. (EST/EDT).

• 1st contest period: April 19 – May 18
• 2nd contest period: May 19 – June 17
• 3rd contest period: June 18 – July 17
