Anything that wasn't consumed through operating hours was thrown in the trash. You can imagine how much prime rib, for instance, would be left over on a slow Monday night....UNBELEIVEABLE! I confronted the proprietor of the store, offering to take the food a shelter myself as there was a Red Door Shelter just around the corner but do to "liability issues" it had to be thrown out!? Same went for recycling...is was unreal how much recyclable material went directly into the trash. Agian, I confronted the issue and was told it was just too expensive to recycle as they had to pay for it themselves. It's really disgusting how concerned these rich jackasses are with THEIR bottom dollar! Why not spend a few extra bucks now and spare ALL of us the greater cost later? IDIOTS!!
