Another little thing that makes me smile is the ON button on my answering machine. And the OFF button on my phone, though sometimes I turn it ON just so I can hear the telemarketers trying to get through to me, but intercepted by my answering machine...trying to tell me in an snarly, worried voice that my credit card has expired (when I don't have credit cards), trying to tell me about their carpet-vacuuming services (when I don't have carpets), trying to tell me to donate to their causes (when I have less money than their 'causes' do.
Oh the wonder of technology sometimes....
Button, button, who's got the button??? Who would have thought that little children's game I learned so long ago would come in handy sometime later in my life.
