wow, i can't beleive all of the complaining that is going on in this thread. they gave out $10 vouchers for BzzAgents to use, and BOGO coupons for you to give to your friends. It's CRAZY that you people would try and use them TOGETHER, and using the $10 voucher as a "gift certificate" to be used with the BOGO coupon. and then you have the audacity to come on this form and complain about it? wow, some people....

We were thoroughly unimpressed the first time we went. The second time was the complete opposite. Looked like the same employees.

Thomas MacNaughton - VP of Operations has noted we are allowed to use both coupons in conjunction with each other. I have emails to prove. Jono at BuzzAgent hasn't yet been aware of this policy and thinks we are not allowed to use both with each other.
I made a comment about the customer service because of how rude the people serving me are - regardless if I paid or not paid for the meal, they should still treat the customers with respect. BzzAgents take the time to drive there, try their products, bzz about it, etc. They even made a mistake with my order and were serving me beef burgers when I simply ordered chicken burgers and the cashier was arguing with me saying I ordered "beef" burgers. Well, my boyfriend and I don't eat beef and could get sick eating it, so why in heaven's name would I even say the word "BEEF"? Luckily I saw when they were placing the pattie on my bun I noticed it did not certainly look like chicken and made a comment about it.
Funny thing is, I've given out 7 of my B1G1 coupons already to my co-workers and friends and most if not all of the people so far have had negative things to say about this place.

The girl in line in front of me ordered a chicken burger. The server accidentally laid a beef patty on her bun and upon realizing the error, began making an entirely fresh bun with the requested topping without even asking. When the girl saw this she said it didn't matter, that she didn't need a new bun, but the server shook his head, smiled, then said, "No, this is the right thing to do".
Boy, was I impressed (even though I cringed when the server tossed the perfectly good bun, along with the patty!) into the trash. This was the Yonge/Eglinton location.

my point was that a bunch of cheapskates were misusing the coupons, and then complaining that it wasn't working. be thankful for what you're given, people. it's one thine to comment on the food or service, but another thing to gripe about not being to pass 2 coupons at one time. sheesh.
This decision was made AFTER a bunch of cheapskates wrote in complaining that they "can't use their $10 voucher WITH the BOGO coupon," in effect getting 2 meals free, instead of 3 for 1, which is what the company intended. Once the company realized that this could backfire big time if a bunch of stay at home soccer moms started raising a stink on the internet, they decided to allow both coupons to be used at once. some of you should feel ashamed, IMO.
