can we all put out "online names" on trade envies ?

I try and do it and sometimes I forget. If I am hand writing my return address I will sometimes use my screen name instead.

I know in the last little while I got a few envelopes I could not figure out who they came from to leave a rating. They just missed out because after looking through all the messages I just gave up.

I'm just reviving this thread as I am having the same issue.

I have 3 envies from the past month that I have yet to rate the trader... why? Because I have no freaking clue who you are!

Only a return address on the envie, really doesn't help me at all.

Sorry guys, but for traders who do a lot of trades, a "trade name/user name" is really necessary either on the envelope or on a note inside (not even your real name, cuz we have to search through our messages for that too)

I'm always afraid the mail may not get into my mailbox if I only put my online name...

Ty!! I always feel bad not rating... I usually keep track of my trades on Microsoft Word with user name, what I sent, what they sent, date I mailed and date I received their end. I have been really falling behind in this and the past few weeks I've actually run into this problem and have no idea who the trader is!! Good thread

I hope this doesn't sound all PMS'ey but it's unfair for us to sit here feeling bad for not rating someone when they didn't even give us their name... I have gotten a couple with literally NO return address, and some with only the address, no name (real or online name).
I have a little pile of envies that I have not been able to give ratings to... I think I should only save a couple of days. If I don't figure it out, then out it goes with the Wednesday morning pick-up!! There's only so much space on my tiny desk!

OK, maybe a little PMS'ey...

but you get my drift! lol

Hopefully it's a reminder for people either way. I love trading and I love helping other people getting their ratings up as much as my own.
But there's only so much I can do. Several trades per week, my memory isn't so great, haha!
We all do our best!
