I have not shopped at 20x events (just never got around to doing it, closest sdm is in city 45 mins away). So, just wondering: In which order do you present these items to the cashier?
-optimum card
-coupons
-payment

I just wanna know because I planned on using many coupons for 20x event next time, and just wanna make sure I get 20x the points.

First give them you optimum card, then coupons, make sure they enter each coupon. After that pay with your gift card.

Quick question. I bought a camera and some sd cards at sdm during the mega redemption. I used the full 95000 points and got 250 off plus it cost me a little more out of my pocket to pay for everything. Would I be able to return the camera and the sd cards for something else? I want to get a Wii and some games for my family but I was wondering how it would work. I would still want to have the 250 to spend. We didn't open the camera or the sd cards and have the receipt. Could they just do a straight exchange.

I had a similar problem. I bought a game for Christmas and found out they already had it. I hadn't opened it and went in with my receipt. She told me to just go find what I wanted and she refunded the first game(no optimum card involved) and then put through the new game, no problem.
