You should have received the points immediately. Check you receipt, make sure your total before tax was over $10, also make sure that all items were "food" or "candy"..... Usually they say "food or snacks" or "candy." The candy ones don't count towards foods items. If you are positive all items were purchased were ok to use with the coupon and your total before tax was over $10 then call Shoppers. They will add the points for you.

Also......there is a thread about "food and snacks" vs "candy and snacks" discussing which items qualify for each. :-)

If a use a coupon and it's still loaded in my card, will the coupon apply to the next purchase??

^^well found out what happened, it was a 'one day' deal which was only valid on November 2nd. Unless you click on the "View Details" it is a little deceiving as it reads "Expires Nov. 2" which I took to mean it was good from when I loaded it up until November 2. Mentioned to cs rep that it would be better to read "Valid November 2" instead. Oh well, got some cheap Halloween candy which would have been gone by today so that makes the loss of 3,000 pts. sting a little less.

If I have 2 offers:
8000 points if I spend 30 dollars

8000 points if I spend 30 dollars on over the counter medication

do I get 16 000 points if I spend 30 dollars on over the counter medication

no - spending threshold offers don't combine

a) Can we use manufacture coupon and vib coupon together in one transaction -
Eg. Pampers $5 from company + vib Pampers 3000 pts ---> for one pack of pampers diapers

B) can we use multiple vib pampers coupon for multiple packs in one transaction ?

C) say my personal offer is 8000 for $30 spend on anything - I purchase multiple pampers diapers packs and use manufacture coupons with each not making them free but some $ off - will I still get points even though my total is less than $30 but after using coupons?

A) yes B) no. What i do is buy every kind of diaper using one of each coupon. C) yes works most of the time but not 100% guaranteed.

can i COMBINE these 2 offer? if i spend $50 would i get 20x (of $50: 50 x 10 base points x 20 = 10,000) PLUS 8000 points?

its been mentioned many times on this thread but to answer your question no cant combind.
the only ones you can combind is thouse small points for purchasing a certain item (like 350points for coke for example)
