How to claim your rebate:
1. Purchase a Dummies Book or Audio Set between March 1, 2010
and April 30, 2010.

2. Complete and mail in this original rebate form.

3. Mail the following in one envelope:
• Completed Mail in Rebate form.
• Legible photocopy of your sales receipt clearly showing store name,
book or audio set title, and purchase date.
All items above must be included, with appropriate postage, postmarked
by May 15, 2010 and received by May 30, 2010 in order for your rebate
to be honored.
Terms:
This rebate offer is valid ONLY on Dummies books or audio sets with a purchase price of $6.99 or higher. The purchase
date on your sales receipt, packing slip or invoice must be dated between March 1st, 2010 and April 30th, 2010.
All requests must be postmarked by May 15th, 2010 and received by May 30th, 2010.
Use of multiple addresses to obtain additional funds constitutes fraud. Incomplete or incorrect submissions will not
be honored. Any requests postmarked or received after applicable dates will be denied.
