Where in ontario is the best place to use the 4.00 off fusion razor coupon?

my husband desperately needs a new razor!

I found the Team Canada bonus package at my WM this week (rasor with a can of gel) - 4$ - 4$ coupon = Almost Free. The package was not marked down, I had to scan it.

there is the single blade fusion razor at zellers (handle and blade ) for 5.49, makes for 1.49 after coup.
