HI This site really helped me figure out the Walgreens and CVS "game" and it has good coupons and tells you where to go to get more.

I would also research where you are going (malls/stores/restaurants) and go on the actual websites for these companies and some of them offer coupons and others offer discounts if you join their email programs.
For example TGI's offers a free appetizer (I think) if you join their email program
