you probably have to go 30minutes before the library opens or it depends on how crowded the library usually is.

If you're downtown, people line up at least an hour before the library opens for those tickets. Totally not kidding. It's even earlier when the weather is nice. I went to the scifi library (Lillian) once to get ROM tickets and there was at least 15 people in line with more than an hour before opening.
Unless they made some change recently, they don't have 5 per library. It's more like 3 or 4.If you would like an invite to Editors' Closet - PM me

They are supposed to get 5 for each attraction
An hour is not enough , its more like 2 hrs. , take a chair and camp outside , as more and more ppl become aware it'll become all the more difficult to score good ones.http://www.clixsense.com/?4532002

meh, whether it's 4 or 5 or 10 or whatever they're being generous enough by giving them away for free. if it's 2 hours now with all this new advertising then it'll be 2 hours. if people can't get up early enough then all the better for people who can!
