There is a VIP lounge on the second level that we managed to snag a booth at. We ended up sitting almost dead centre of the stage in really comfortable seats. Was a short hop to the bar. Made the show extra special. We moved there from our seats after the chicks left the stage.

I agree that the chicks sounded echoy (is that even a word?) but yes Natalie has a great set of pipes (pipes guys, as in a great voice...lol)

Poor puppy has to stay dry and of course today it rains and now he doesn't want to go out for a pee. I just know I am gonna find some surprises in the house today. We have to go back to the vets today because they gave us a way too small cone and he can reach things he's not suppose to! Boy, we just take away all his fun! LOL

The Eagles were amazing, sounded great. Q seats were okay... a little too far, but a very clear view of the stage. I got there for the last 3 songs of the Dixie Chicks set, and from what I heard, they too sounded pretty good. All in all it was a great night, they played a 2 hour set, and performed a great cover of Funk #49!! Today I will be hung over for most of the day, but it was well worth it!

Ditto on the hangover. Had a nice tour of T.O thnks to cocoburp and she did buy the first round. Thanks for that. Ya seats were far off we were two rows behind you row 5 seats 101,102. Section 512. Lots of beers before and during the concert which made for a fun time. Sound was good for the eagles but did sound muffled for the dixie chicks so we just walked around during there performance and found a nice lady who likes to serve drinks to those that will pay for them.

This is not a joke. Only because it really happened. But depending on your point of view it is somewhat funny.
I have no clue how I did it but I really hurt my wrist. When I went to get dressed this morning I found that I could not do up my bra. So I asked my husband for help. After assisting me he picked up the phone, pressed some numbers then said "Hello? Cash for Clunkers? Do you only take cars?"

I had an awesome seat - 17th row, on the aisle.
Too bad my phone died and I didn't get any awesome pics.
A Good time none the less ... except for missing my stop on the bus ride home Got home well after two and up at six to go to work.

I feel a little off right know I was in Hamilton (Up on the Mountain) and was on scene when the Cyclist collided with an SUV pulling into a fuel station. I just heard that the cyclist died at hospital. Sad.
