Seriously? Skies just opened up here again. This is the 4th major dousing since I got up (at 11!).

I wish you clear and sunny skies for the rest of the weekend. Not really an altruistic wish - I'm playing Royal Niagara on Monday and thought I'd have to go without distance markers again. As they have GPS in the carts, there are NO markings on the course. First (and last) visit there, I played after about a week long soaking and it was cart paths only. It was a farce. Problem was unless my ball was right beside the cart, I had no idea how to club. You can make all the jokes you want about why women can't judge distances, but unless I've played the course before, or have some course marked distances, I can stand and look all day and not know if I'm 140 or 125 yards from the pin!!

I just use a driver till I get on the green and then switch to a six iron.
